Jason Wrobel on VRYeveryday & Depression

Our friend, wellness coach, author, chef, speaker and all around amazing human, Jason Wrobel has used our supplements to help with his depression.
Jason's story in his own words-
Five years ago, when I was diagnosed with clinical depression, I had a variety of options to address my condition. My integrative medicine doctor, Alan Green, told me I could choose the pharmaceutical route... or try more natural methodologies first and see how that would affect my brain chemistry and overall state of being.

.
So, with his guidance, I decided to start a daily meditation practice, a consistent fitness routine, a new "good mood food" eating protocol and a lineup of supplements to help boost my neurotransmitter function and gently rebalance my brain chemistry.
.
Over the last five years since my diagnosis, I've tried a lot of different methodologies, practices and supplements. And last fall, I was introduced to @VRYeveryday and it has been a staple in my supplement intake ever since! My dear friend @Rynda Laurel has formulated a blend of vitamins and Ayurvedic herbs to naturally boost your neurotransmitters and bring balance to your brain. They're all natural, non-GMO and vegan.
.
These incredible products have helped me tremendously in my ongoing dance with depression and I can't recommend them highly enough after experiencing how much they've helped me. -Jason
.
We are honored to be part of your healing journey Jason.
