SUGGESTED USE AS A SET:
GLUTA MINE: Take 1-2 capsules as needed to balance energy.
DOPA MIND: Take 1-2 capsules in the morning daily.

SERENITY: Take 1-2 capsules as needed throughout the day.
REST WELL: Take 1-2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime as needed for a relaxing sleep.
